I'm the worst for writing down recipes. In the last three loaves of banana bread I've made with the same ingredients they've all come out completely different. The saying is "baking is a science, cooking is an art," but measuring tools are just more dishes soooooo I don't use them and thus, beat science. How'zat taste, Einstein!
